NightInWhat's new
NightIn updates itself through Chrome. Here's what changed in each version.
1.0.7 October 2026
- Apple TV+ works properly: the chat and call now sit inside Apple's player, episodes with and without the recap stay lined up, and your partner follows you to the next episode.
- A "Start a NightIn party" button beside Play on Netflix and Apple TV+.
- "Watch on" shows the services in your country, now including Tubi and Pluto TV.
- Better at noticing ads on Disney+ and HBO Max, so your partner waits for them.
- Invite links always open the video you're watching in the party.
- If a version gets too old to work, the popup tells you and offers Update now.

- In fullscreen, the Chat button and call window step aside when you stop moving the mouse.
- A "You're muted" reminder when your partner is talking and your mic is off.
- Easier to set your name, with clearer "Watch this page together", End and Leave buttons.
- Security improvements.
